Working at Amazon hurts.

It shouldn’t be that way.

We are people from across the United States who work at Amazon under constant surveillance, forced to meet dangerous quotas that work us so hard we can’t even take a bathroom break, and forced to take unpaid time off when we have bills to pay.

Amazon is a multi-billion dollar corporation that employs millions of people across the country. It’s impossible to thrive while working at Amazon, because Amazon executives have implemented unsafe and exploitative workplace policies that take a physical, emotional, and mental toll on us.

The injury rate at Amazon is around double industry standards because Amazon executives are treating associates like robots instead of humans. And what’s worse, Amazon warehouse associates who speak out against the inhumane workplace conditions and offer solutions often face illegal retaliation and threats of termination.

But we will be silenced no more. We know our rights.

BEHIND THE BOXES WITH A SMILE DELIVERED TO AMERICA’s DOORSTEPS ARE AMAZON ASSOCIATES GETTING HURT ON THE JOB AND SUSTAINING LIFE-CHANGING INJURIES.

JOIN US AND TAKE ACTION TODAY!

TELL AMAZON IT’S TIME TO END DANGEROUS AND EXPLOITATIVE PRODUCTIVITY QUOTAS THAT PUT WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATES AT RISK.
