Once we’ve transferred you, be sure to tell the staffer who answers (or leave a message saying):

  • If you’re a current or former PetSmart associate, or a customer.
  • That it’s time for BC Partners to take responsibility for the mess they’ve made since acquiring the pet store chain.
  • And that you expect BC partners to make sure (1) PetSmart associates are properly compensated, and (2) stores and salons finally get the resources they need to properly look after the animals in their care.
